VADOSE’s service model is built around preventative maintenance, transparent equipment history and early communication. Planned inspections, service intervals, defect management and digital records are intended to help reduce avoidable downtime and give clients clearer visibility of the asset they are hiring.
For dry hire, maintenance access, reporting responsibilities and breakdown escalation will be defined in the hire agreement. For wet hire, VADOSE will manage the unit and operator within the agreed scope of work.
Safety
Safety at VADOSE extends beyond the equipment itself. From pre-hire preparation and preventative maintenance through to mobilisation and on-site operation, each project is approached with clear responsibilities, accurate records and site-specific requirements in mind.
VADOSE is committed to providing equipment and operated services in accordance with applicable requirements, site systems and agreed safe working arrangements. Equipment will incorporate remote and automated controls, emergency stops, fire suppression systems, In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS) and Roll-Over Protective Structures (ROPS), supported by pre-start and maintenance records, clear responsibilities, competent wet-hire operators and site-specific preparation. This approach is designed to reduce mobilisation and site-access time, particularly across Tier 1 mining operations and other controlled work environments.

Environment
VADOSE aims to plan work with regard for ground conditions, water use, spoil containment and lawful material handling. Requirements will be agreed before mobilisation, and work will follow client instructions, site procedures and applicable environmental obligations. The business will seek to minimise unnecessary disturbance, prevent spills and leaks, and manage equipment efficiently.
